SKCRF is an in-situ conservation and breeding centre based in Kuttapalayam, Kangayam Taluk, Tirupur district, Tamilnadu. SKCRF functions as a resource and research centre working on conservation of native breeds of cattle, focused more earnestly on the kangayam breed and the Korangadu, a unique silvi pasture land and farming system in the kongu region of mid-western Tamilnadu.
